I am really excited about my new endeavor>>> learning the names and where all the muscles in the body are(36 total),their action,massage pressure points,origin point,insertion point and that muscles synergists! Wow!
I had anatomy courses in my teacher trainings-but we just didn't have the class time to take the study further...
With my recent injuries my interest has been heightend!!!
So here it goes-I am endeavoring to become the anatomy geek I always dreamed of being!!!!!

August 1st...a milestone day! I taught my first 2 classes today!!! It was so wonderful...my love for my students and their love for me was heart lifting <3 Any insecurity or jitters I had melted away without thought...I am at home when I teach, my passion for helping others in my special way shines through and I FEEL GOOD!!!
The chair...some friends loaned me a lazy boy recliner when I first returned home from the hospital-it became my bed because of the halo brace...In the special green velvet chair I could recline half way and stretch my legs and sleep as comfortable as possible! But today the chair was picked up by its owners...no more sight of it, no more reminding me of my previous nights, just an expansion of my living room...and the appreciative memories of it!
