Meet with me for a single, private yoga session-Yin, Restorative, Hatha or Flow. Allow me to share my expertise to help elevate your practice, assist you in modifications or help you develop a home practice! Also, the perfect option for beginners to get a great introduction to yoga and to feel ready for in-studio, group classes. Note: I do offer a yoga class series option (6 classes). The session takes place at your place or a local studio.
