Yin yoga emphasizes on long held, passive stretches of the deeper connective tissues.Yin yoga mobilizes and strengthens our joints, ligaments and connective tissues(fascia). Cultivating strength and optimal health on every level of your being. Yin leaves you with an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace. Yin yoga is appropriate for all levels of experience.
